We use the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method for consulting, workshop facilitation and career development.
Using the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY Method; you build 3D models using specially selected LEGO® elements, to answer a series of predesigned questions. The models then become the basis for exploring personal identity, team dynamics, product design, strategy development and innovation.
MTa® Learning Material
We use MTa KanDo Lean game, an engaging game that brings concepts of lean to life, to facilitate sessions on process improvement, increasing customer satisfaction and improving business performance.
MTa Insights is a comprehensive experiential learning kit and a great resource for facilitating workshops in areas such as team skills, communication, problem solving and change.
Innermetrix ADVanced Insights Profile
As Certified Innmermetrix Consultants, we use the DISC and Value Index profiles for improving team performance. We facilitate team exploration workshops and team building retreats to unleash team insights on motivational drivers, behaviors and values. In addition to relying on profile analysis to facilitate orientation of new employees as part of our comprehensive onboarding program.
The Innermetrix ADVanced Insights Profile combines the best of three world class profiles. The Attribute Index measures how you think and make decisions. The Value Index measures your motivational style and drivers and the DISC Index measures your preferred behavioral style.
